Sažetak
Power transformer stations are very improtant part of a modern electric power system. Transformer stations are also a source of electromagnetic fields which can expose personnel working in stations and people outside the fence of the stations. Complex metalic structures of the station are designed of metalic conductors, busbars which are the fundamenta sources of electromagnetic field. The paper present CDEGS software package (Current Distribution and Electromagnetic Interference Grounding System) from SES technlogies ltd, Canada. Software enables computer design of complex overhead and burried grounding systems in a sinle or mulitlayer soil, 2D and 3D plots representation, modeling and simulation of currents dissipate in the soil, voltages at all conductors and calculation of step and touch voltages during faults conditions. Electromagnetic filed can be calculated for arbitrary surface level over the ground level.
