Sažetak
The growing number of product variants, smaller batch sizes, reduced time and shorter lifecycles lead to increasing demands on new concepts for the machine attendance systems. The development of attendance systems tends to combine human flexibility and intelligence with the advantages of sophisticated technical systems. This paper presents the development of robot system which is capable of sharing the workspace with the human co-worker and collaborating with him through direct physical contact. In this way the attendance of machine tool in automatic drive can be organized. During the project development modern methods of virtual and digital manufacturing were integrated. Modular approach, simulation techniques and virtual manufacturing, as well as parameter program support enable simple design of numerous variants with quick and simple adjusting of robot modules to different attendance tasks.
