Writing Ability after Brain Damage
With this paper, we wish to present how a person after suffering brain damage, with the aid of rehabilitation, can successfilly re-enter a work environment and return to work. The progress of rehabilitation described in this paper refers to recovery of writing ability from total loss of recognizing and using graphic symbols to the return of independent writing. The rehabilitation strategies included exercises on: - right hand motor functions - practising upper and lower case lettering - associating sounds to letters - implementing of different types of writing (copying, taking dictation, taking notes, etc.)
