Curve of all Isotropic Focal Points

Generally, a conic section pencil is defined with four real different fundamental points (type I). In the type IV the two fundamental points coincide and we have one double fundamental point. Then, a common tangent to all curves of pencil runs through that double point. In classifying the conic section pencils the curve of all isotropic focal points can be applied. It can be shown that this curve is generally a curve of the 3th degree. In the paper the parametric equations of such curves are developed. There are three cases of isotropic focal points curve arising in classifying the conic section pencils of the type IV.
