Strategic management service program of catering and tourism companies
Through this study author analyses the role and importance of strategic management with the goal of active adjustment of the service program to the market trends. A special accent is given to the segmentation of demand in order to adjust in the most efficient way the capacities and other elements of the service to the market. The strategy development plan of a company indicates that services are an interaction between people and successful business results are dermined by the quality of interaction.
