TESTING DEVICE FOR ELASTICITY CHARACTERISTICS OF CONSTRUCTION APPLIED IN TESTING AND OPTIMISING OF MILITARY VEHICLE TRACKS SYSTEM

The paper presents the elasticity behaviour of all kinds of engineering materials, including metals and non metals, in relation to load as a function of deformations. This, when combined with the use of high technology has resulted in production of a testing system which connects the elements of elasticity. The testing system, which has been designed and produced on this principle for the needs of track elements testing system has fully verified the wide spectrum of different applications. Besides the testing of product quality, this system has also been used in the development of the technology for optimising and testing the quality of used materials, and for dimensional optimising of the construction. With this testing system it is possible to acquire quality data in the sense which includes evaluation of behavioural characteristics of actual constructions in actual conditions which cannot be acquired with standard data and testing.
