eLearning: Computer graphics and graphic components in learning objects

In this paper the authors analyse and overview the application principles of graphic communication as components of eLearning and the meaning of computer graphics for different teaching methods. A special emphasis is on graphic communication as element of communication in learning objects (LO). The authors observe the increasing implementation of ICT in teaching, both in teaching supported by computers and in teaching fully organized and performed by eTechnology – on-line eLearning. Graphic components in eLearning play a very important role, particularly in overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers in heterogeneous groups of students. This paper focuses on this particular moment, especially on the use of electronic elaborated LO content.
