Modelling Of Stress State In Metal Forming Processes
The knowledge of stress state of metal materials during the cold deformation prosess is very important not only from the standpoint of basic forming process parameters determination but also from the aspect of optimal technology choice, the optimal design of tools and the use of the formability potential of materials. The efficiency of designed technology is based on the stress state modelling and optimization in tool working zone, so the aim function of optimization is Fa. The application of the stress state modelling and the optimization of material stress state increase the formability to 90 per cent,the prodictivity to 200 pr cent, decrease both the temperature and contact friction of tool,etc.
