Lunchtime debate: "European Integration has reached its geographical and political limits".
The debate was aimed to confirm or reject the starting hypothesis that the EU integration had reached its geographical and political limits. The arguments elaborated in my contribution to the debate were the following: (1) EU should respect remaining commitments regarding enlargement ; (2) Enlargement should continue because it is the only way of achieving stability and security in SEE (3) Enlargement should continue to transform the bordering regions into economic partners of the EU ; (4) Enlargement should continue because the last enlargement resulted with positive effects ; (5) Enlargement has citizens' support in the EU.

Debata je organizirana na poziv organizatora Plenarne konferencije projekta EU-Consent, koji se realizira u okviru FP6 programa.
