This paper briefly describes the method of linking business initiative results in any company with its long term business strategy. The model being presented in this article greatly facilitates the described process, and provides visible and easily accessible results regarding successful fulfilling of the business strategy and initiatives. Construction companies need this approach to successfully implement their strategies in a competitive environment.
