Personal care products, preservatives, and fragrances represent the most common allergens in patients diagnosed with allergic contact dermatitis. The aim of our study was to determine the frequency of positive patch test reactions in patients with facial dermatitis. Patch testing to standard series was performed on 322 patients with different facial dermatoses.
