Interval Availability Inter-Ralationships of Continuously and Periodically Repairable Ship Process Control System
The mains to the ship appropriate technical processes are controlled in an adequate way using certain levels of the function control automation. These functions are realised most efficiently by the process control systems, the realisation of which is based on the use of repairable computer systems. The capability of any repairable control system to perform the assigned control function, within any observed period of time, is presented in the most appropriate way by its internal availability. This paper deals with the Markov interval availability models for any continuously repaired and time – limited periodically repaired two component active - redundant digital electronic ship process control system.
