Natural distribution of environmental radon daughters in the different brain areas of an Alzheimer Disease victim.
Radon daughters (RAD)distribute selectively to the various brain anatomical structures in the Alzheimer Disease (AD): Amygdala >> Hippocampus > Temporal Lobe - Frontal Lobe > Occipital Lobe - Parietal Lobe > Substantia Nigra >> Locus Ceruleus - Nucleus Basalis. Naturally occuring environmental RAD exposure may dramatically enhance AD deterioration by selectively targeting brain areas of emotions (amygdala) and memory (hippocampus).
