A Note on Exact and Approximative Tangent Matrices in Finite Strain Thermoplasticity

Paper presents two types of consistent tangent matrices used in finite strain thermoplasticity ; the exact matrices and numerically approximated matrices. We compare both approaches and test performance on standard test problem used in thermoplasticity. Finally, some conclusions are drawn.
