Pyridinium, imidazolium and quinuclidinium compounds: toxicity of and antidotes against tabun and soman

Eleven compounds are discussed, out of 31 compounds, which were previously shown to be effective antidotes in mice or rats against Tabun and/or Soman intoxications. The therapeutic factor of the 11 compounds was equal or greater than 3.0. These compounds might widen the choice of antidotes available for the treatment of OP poisoning.
