Studies of the effect of adamantyltripeptides on delayed type hypersensitivity to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) in mice
The effects of adamantyltripeptides and peptidoglycan monomer on delayed type hypersensitivity was studied in CBA mice, using SRBC as an antigen. Enlargment of the footpad was measured following the booster injection of SRBC mixed with tested compounds. All tested compounds induced increased response after the challenge with SRBC, but to different extent at two time intervals.
