the today's culture challenges public relations practices to mach general public's benefits. Public relations practitioners are facing various obstacles such as strive for publicity ore one way xommunicating style of authoritarian management. As an interactive communication style emerges out from new, marketing focus of leadership it fosters new balance of power and control, acquired through interpersonal sommunication. Since the profound objective of public relations include attitudes and behavior modification, new, personally acceptable persuasive information will be capable to endorse openness and honesty not only to regain public favor, but specially in the task of humanizing business.
