Changes of lymph node and spleen cells phenotype after vaccination with tetanus toxoid: up-regulation of gamma-delta TCR+ spleen cells by synthetic adamantyltripeptides.
Mice were immunized with tetanus toxoid (TT) and with adamatyltripeptides (AdTPs) or Al phosphate, respectively. Both isomers of AdTP and Al phosphate stimulated the antibody production, downregulated the expression of total gamma-delta T cells. The changes were evident for spleen cells but not for lymph node lymphocytes.
