Why we need European cultural policies: the impact of EU enlargement on cultural policies in transition countries

The main goal of this study was to identify those elements of cultural policies that might have directly or indirectly been affected by the EU enlargement. It aimed to identify policies, common to different countries, which have already had an impact on culture, or might do so in the future.
