The miniscript and the drivers in kinesiological activities.
Engaging in kinesiological activities practically is non-imaginable without any motivations, doing something, without person’ s activity toward direction achieving some training’ s aims. Person’ s activity in sport’ s and kinesiological activities looked as it’ s motivated by similar messages directed to himself, as in a case at so- called drivers or “ pushers” . The drivers are caused or pre-conditioned by negative person’ s attitude about himself. However, pathologic characteristic of a driver is obvious in unrealistic trying. Drivers give too much “ perfectionist” final aim-“ norms” , which could be practically impossible to reach. Whatever “ formal” result for some specific life-situation was, this “ driver’ s caused” process results with unpleasant feelings. On the other side, “ healthy” pushers are directing person towards achievement of training aims, and border-criteria between pathologic and “ normal” activity (adapted to person’ s potentials and abilities) is feeling of pleasure during activity performance.
