Analytical, Numerical, and Experimental Modeling and Simulation of Backward Extrusion Force on AlMgSi 1
This paper successfully demonstrates the use of analytical motivated models for fast identification and control of the backward extrusion process force and for determining the most accurate analytical model. Also, numerical simulations of the mentioned process are presented to reduce expensive and time-consuming experimental design practice. This study will seek to compare the results of these analytical solutions and finite element analysis solution with experimental results of backward extrusion force on Al Mg Si 1. Modeling, simulation and experiments were performed according to the rotatable design of experiments.
