Das kroatische volkssprachliche Missale Romanum des 16. Jahrhunderts : Philologisch-linguistische Untersuchung

The object of investigation of this dissertation is a hand-written Croatian-Štokavian Roman Missal of the 16th Century. The first part is a detailed description of the graphemics and language of this scripture. The second part reconstructs the history of its origins. It is found that the analysed missal is merely one of many comparable Croatian vernacular missals written in the past. The Croatian Glagolitic missals served as ideational examples for their creation.
