Nowadays, competitive ability and growth of an enterprise depends on the quality of management of highly qualified workforce. Employee’ s satisfaction is the key success factor. Every enterprise is a complex dynamic system with a feedback loop. System dynamics is a method that investigates the characteristics of such systems. The method is suitable for building system models and for examination of system behaviour during large period of time. This paper aims to show that the development and usage of a system dynamics model can improve the efficiency of strategic decision making process in human resource management. For the purpose of this paper a generic model of growth of an enterprise providing intellectual services was designed, and it was used to identify efficient policies in human resource management in enterprises providing intellectual services on the growing market.
