The implementation of the Six sigma approach is possible in all departments and levels in companies. In statistical terms, Six sigma means 3.4 defects per million opportunities. The Six sigma approach follows the phases: define, measure, analyze, improve and control witch are known as DMAIC methodology. Change has to become all day way of life.
