Elevation in NE differentiation data and respective consequences in HRPC patients

The report summarizes the data we have published in last few years in supporting the importance of NE differentiation as the promotive factor of bone lesions, conversion of hormone sensitive to hormone insensitive disease and osteolysis. On the other hand we discussed the means in supressing CgA level as the marker of NE differentiation by estramustine and chemotherapy agents.
