The theis is quite simple, but mostly overlooked by political and other social scientists, which favored the analysis which have been stressing ethnic nationalism, the old national antagonisms, tribal hatreds, as the only possible explanation for events that were marked with brutal killings, war crimes and all kinds of atrocities.
