HPLC Analysis of hydroxycoumarins in the bark and the Leaves of Fraxinus species
The results showed that the main coumarin derivatives of F. ornus bark and leaves are esculin and fraxin. The main coumarin of F. excelsior and F. angustifolia is fraxin.
