Using a construction process for risk identification
Every construction project can be divided into discrete phases each of which has its purpose, duration and scope of work. Risk management is a continuous process and should span to all phases through the project. A realisation of construction project is a process. A process is a group of activities undertaken with the goal of successful project realisation, and these activities are potential risk sources that may lead to an unsuccessful project. Risk management should be subordinated to the construction process. This paper has shown the concept and principles underlying the Construction Process Protocol that makes it possible to manage the construction process from Demonstrating the Need to Operation and Maintenance. It will show the advantages of Process Protocol over other plans of work, which is why it was chosen and how can be used as the construction process for the identification of key risks.
