Since the share of textile and clothing products from eastern countries has substantially increased on our market, our textile companies face great problems. Such products frequently meet only modest quality requirements, but their prices are low so that they are more attractive to buyers. To achieve a higher competitiveness of textile enterprises, constant quality changes and market accommodation are regarded as the target of success. Since the customers affect the market to the greatest extent, it is necessary to recognize their expectations on time. The main objective of each company is to keep the old customers and find new ones. The importance of permanent education of the personnel at institutions of higher education and at textile and clothing companies ensures competitiveness and quality on the market.
