Formal Model of Dynamic Distribution Functions in UTC

The layered model of a dynamic system for UTS starts from the fact that traffic zones are not constant formations in space, but rather vary and form the basis for the dynamic redistribution of signaling plans in space. The restrictions are defined by space and time, which is also the starting basis for the stratification of the dynamic model of the automatic traffic control system. The space defining the traffic zone changes virtually over time, both regarding size and regarding distribution into subzones. The traffic zone and the dynamic distribution of space into subzones depending on the specific requirements of traffic participants provide the basic idea of a distributed system of road traffic control. This paper presents a formal model of system for urban traffic control based on traffic zones splitting dynamic process determined by traffic user's requirements in real time.
