Notulae ad Indicem Florae Croaticae 4 is a supplement that offers additional information and corrections to Index Florae Croaticae Pars 1, 2 and 3. The following plant taxa should be added to the Checklist of Croatian Flora: Allium dentiferum Webb et Berthelot, Anthoxanthum alpinum A. Löve et D. Löve, Carex pulicaris L., Centaurea uniflora Turra ssp. nervosa (Willd.) Bonnier et Layens, Conium maculatum L., Cressa cretica L., Epilobium ciliatum Raf., Erodium acaule (L.) Bech. et Thell., Erodium chium (L.) Willd., Eriophorum vaginatum L., Euphorbia prostrata Aiton, Festuca trichophylla (Ducros ex Gaudin) K. Richter, Lippia triphylla (L'Hér.) Kuntz., Ophrys bertoloniiformis O. Danesch et E. Danesch, Ophrys lacaitae Lojac., Oxalis pes-caprae L., Plumbago europaea L., Pseudorlaya pumila (L.) Grande, Reichardia intermedia (Sch.Bip.) Cout., Rumex thyrsiflorus Fingerh., Stachys spinulosa Sibth. et Sm., Typha laxmannii Lepec, Veronica peregrina L., V. scardica Griseb. and Zantedeschia aethiopica (L.) A. Spreng. The presence of the species Euphorbia terracina L., which has so far been dubious in the flora of Croatia, is now confirmed. For the species of the genus Bupleurum L. from sect. Bupleurum and sect. Aristata, nomenclatural changes have been done. For the species Limonium narbonense Miller and Myriolepis ferulacea (L.) Lledó, Erben et M. B. Crespo the changes refer to the statement of valid names and synonyms. Nomenclatural changes and additions to the checklist have been performed for the following endemic taxa Chouardia lakusicii (Šilić) Speta, Iris adriatica Trinajstić ex Mitić, Limonium vestitum (C. E. Salmon) C. E. Salmon ssp. brusnicense Trinajstić and Muscari neglectum Guss. ssp. speciosum (Marches.) Garbari. Two new taxa endemic to Croatia are described, Serapias istriaca Perko and Serapias x pulae Perko. The taxa Bupleurum baldense Turra ssp. gussonei (Arcang.) Tutin, Oxytropis dinarica (Murb.) Wettst. ssp. weberi Chrtek et Chrtková, Iris pseudopumila Tin. and I. pumila L. should be excluded from the Checklist of Croatian Flora.
