Sažetak
A temperature measurement system in food industry is developed. Data acquisition and process control are based on the microcontroller system. A part of the measured object is rotating and wireless communication between the measurement device and the microcontroller is the best solution. Data transfer is based on infrared communication and the implemented serial communication protocol. The developed system enables real.time process control. It is tested and adjusted on the basis of proposed criteria, according to communication properties, battery saving and noise influence.
