Relationship between the use of non-family member managers in family firms and management activities, styles and characteristics: A Croatia Study
This Croatian family business study investigated how increasing the percentage of non-family managers influenced various management activities, styles and characteristics. Of the 17 hypotheses tested, the only relationship found was that as the percentage of non-family managers increases, so does the number of employees.
