A Micropolitical View on Bologna process at Croatian Universities
The paper aims to analyse activities connected to Bologna process at Croatian universities using a micropolitical approach, with the special emphasize given on ongoing curricular reform. It is assumed that different groups of people involved in the process understand the importance and purpose of curricular reform and their own roles and responsibilities in the process differently (egz. responsible authorities from ministry of education, institutional leaders, academics, students, employers… ). The analysis will provide a framework for understanding different interest groups concerning their involvement in the curricular reform, activities and strategies used to influence on decisions about Bologna process and interactions between these groups in the same process. Understanding micropolitics in these processes will provide a background to shape a discussion about neccesary/possible adjustments and improvements of ongoing processes.
