Numerous Studies have demonstrated the extent of Cocaine Used in the World. The Two Major Urinary Inactive Metabolites of Cocaine are Benzoylecgonine and Ecgonine Methyl ester .Benzoylecgonine was prepared from Cocaine in our Laboratory by known procedures. Efficiency of 13 Solvent Systems on Different Adsorbens for Separating Cocaine and Its Metabolites is Compared by Using the Information Theory and Numerical Taxonomy.
