Sažetak
These new CSPs are proved effective for the resolution of several types of compounds and here we point out the two pharmacologically interesting group: 4-aryl-3, 4-dihydro-2-(1-H)-pyrimidone derivates (DHPM’ s) and b-adrenergic agonists (b-AA) from the class of benzylic b-amino alcohol compounds. DHPM’ s exhibit various important pharmacological properties, e.g. acting as antihypertensive agents, α -1a-adrenergic antagonists, or neuropeptide Y antagonists, and b-AA are known as widely used antiasthmatic drugs.
