Sažetak
In the reaction of bis(1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-propanedionato)-oxo-vanadium(IV) with pyridine the 1:1 adduct is formed. The vanadium atom is surrounded by one pyridine ligand, two 1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-propandionato (dbm) ligands and one oxo-group. The complex exhibits a distorded octahedral coordination with the oxo group and pyridine ligand in cis configuration. Two molecules of adduct are connected by an intermolecular O1---H41...C41(1+x, y, z) contact (3.171(3) A) and thus form dimers in the solid state.
