Sažetak
Thin polycrystalline films of TiO2 obtained by the chemical vapour deposition method have been examined by the Raman spectroscopy method before and after thermal annealing at 500oC, 800oC and 900oC, in atmospheres of H2, O2 and N2. Raman spectra of TiO2 films annealed at 800oC in hydrogen reveal an amorphous phase immidiately before the anatase-rutile phase transition.
