Computer Assisted Telephone Applications

Computer resources represent a significant factor in the development of a society. Their distribution to users' locations and direct connections through telecommunication systems substantially increase their significance and role. Modern telecommunication systems are integral systems for voice and data transmission. This paper studies data transfer from the technical, technological and organisational aspect. Due to the wide scope of the topic, only some relevant data are mentioned that determine the characteristics of certain data transfer systems.
