This is the first volume of a new Fundmuenzen series dedicated to finds from the Republic of Croatia. It is the fruit of a huge amount of patient research. There are comprehensive lists of finds, drawn not only from the present holdings of museums in the area but also from patient trawling through publications and museum records. As well as the introduction by the author there is a survey by Ivan Mirnik of recent research into ancient coin finds from Croatia.
