Globalization and Global Development Discrepancies

We are aware that the world is divided between developed and undeveloped countries, between rich and poor nations, and also – between rich and poor people. The preliminary evaluation of the main proposals for achieving global liberalization leads one to conclude that the most scenario for the next 25 years is a continued drift toward further distortion of world trade and greater use of dicriminatory measures. The main reason for pessimism originates from the developing countries position in the framework of new multilateral trade liberalization system. Capital flows in the form of foreign investment, and private bank lending are principal base to their development finance. Furthermore, the transmision of technology and knowledge from developed to poor countries must be also included in the various forms of development aids, particularly in the agricultural production. Many of the development strategies in developing countries depend upon international coordination for their effectiveness. Trade liberalization, more international transfers to poor countries (capital and technology), international monetary policies – all these question require more common international action. The international market system must be interpreted as a mechanism of international equality and justness. Accordingly, it needs to eliminate the ability of rich countries to disrupt efforts at industrialization by poor countries, as well as their ability to control and manipulate world resources and commodity markets to their advantage. Today, perhaps there is no more important global sociological and economic question than the human race future, and, of course, than the future of humanity. Many people, including economists, speak about globalization, but we must be aware which form and which kind of globalization is the best solution for such future. The new global economic world requires the new philosophy of living. Undoubtedly, the globalization requires the new economic theory, or new theoretical analyses which would be founded on the concept of Integral Global Society (IGWS).
