Physiological workload and additional exercising in physical education lessons
On the basis of the research it can be concluded that effective exercise time is relatively longest in the introduction and preparation of the lesson. Effective exercise time in the observed Physical education lessons is 11’ shorter with the application of methodical organisational form of exercise without additional exercise and longer than 12’ with the additional exercise. Although with the insufficient number of lessons per week this does not ensure child’ s authentic needs and the desired transformation of the anthropological status, the possibilities for the increase in physiological workload is in the increase of the intensity, in the increased number of exercise places and in the greater portion of additional exercise.
