Admission of Additional Evidence (commentary on two ICTY decisions)

In this paper the author analyses the Decision of Trial Chamber II on the motion of the Prosecutor for the re-opening the trial and of the Appeals Chamber in the Tadić case. He considers the important questions dealt with in these decisions, particularly with regard to new evidence.
