Sažetak
This study analyzes the relations of communication and instructional design in e-learning. Various means for internet based communication are examined in the context of e-learning pedagogy. In addition, diverse pedagogical methods are presented that depend on the interaction between the instructor/mentor and the students in an e-learning environment. The links between computer mediated communication technology and online pedagogy are analyzed. Finally, a brief case study is presented of the experiences of students with an existing Learning Management System (LMS) and of some of their preferences regarding content delivery and interaction with the instructor.
