Sažetak
This paper presents some numerical results on screw dislocation around a finite crack in a piezoelectric material. Results are obtained in MatLab on PC Windows platform. We analysed the case of the piezoelectric medium (ceramic) containing a screw dislocation around a finite crack of 0, 02 m subjected to far-field mechanical and electrical loads. We also submitted that the forces on nanoscale are much greater than on macroscopic size, which we showed in MatLab.
