Some influences on the traction force of plough-shares
Ploughing is a complex process when a plough body breaks into the soil. Interaction of a plough body and soil during the process of ploughing is followed by friction and wearing and this has considerable influence on the costs of maintenance and exploitation of plough-shares. Traction force of soil is the biggest component of resistance forces, sliding friction and additional forces due to wearing of cutting edges. Traction force of plough-shares depend on various factors most of which change independetly within a wide range. Accidental changeability of the factors relevant to the properties and conditions of soil, geometrx of a plough body and exploitational regimes of work make an exact analytical equation of traction force impossible- Therefore the process of ploughing is considered a stochastic process and traction force of a plough is accidentally changeable within a period of time. Our research work gives a systematic teview of some influences on the traction force of plough-shares in the process of ploughing.
