New system of equipment for determining electrical energy processing parameters (KVP-1) – applied to garment engineering

Computer-aided equipment for measuring electrical energy parameters of sewing machine drive electrical motors is presented, as well as the possibility of joining the KVP-1 measuring system with the system for automatic measurement of processing parameters and the structure of garment manufacturing operations (MMPP). Electrical energy consumption is measured, as dependent upon the nominal speed of stitching at varying number of stitches in the seam. The investigations described are a continuation of the previous investigations dealing with electrical energy consumption in garment sewing operations.
