Sažetak
The paper presents the results of experimental tests of cracking of the reinforced concrete elements exposed to tension and bending. Reinforcement type and quantity werw variated as well as stress levels. Experimentally determined crack distances and widths were compared with the results of conventional engineering calculation procedures. The conclusions regarding the acceptability of results of analyzed engineering calculations are given.
