The Effects Of Different Wine Beverages And Ethanol On Plasma Antioxidant Capacity And Level Of Urates
Because polyphenolic-containing beverages in contrast to ethanol water solution induced an increase in FRAP plasma antioxidant capacity that was closely related with the increase of plasma urates, this study indicates that urates play a significant role in antioxidant capacity of human plasma related to red wine consumption.
