System Dynamic Qualitative Modelling of Labour Demand

This paper provides a system dynamic model of labour demand presenting one of the possible qualitative simulation scenarios. The modelling will be carried out by use of system-dynamic methodology. It was first introduced by the MIT Professor Jay Forrester in his book "System Dynamics" and it involves research, modelling, simulation, and optimisation of complex dynamic systems. In the authors opinion employment system, being non-linear and complex, is also an area in which system dynamic modelling may lead to more effective results than the application of the classic forecasting methods.
